Modul’up is available in 3 high performance constructions in wood look, material and in 94 colours.  It can even be digitally printed with graphics. With no need for subfloor preparation or adhesive, it can also be walked on immediately once laid.

  • 3 High Performance Constructions:1. Decibel 19 dB high traffic acoustic version delivers underfoot comfort and enhanced impact sound reduction, Decibel is ideal for communal areas of multi-unit housing, educational facilities, care homes, offices and public buildings. 2. Compact intensive traffic version is ideal for healthcare facilities, care homes, educational and public buildings where, in addition to high foot traffic, occasional heavy rolling loads are part of the building’s typical use. 3. T.E. for damp subfloors is quick and easy to install and is designed specifically for damp subfloors with up to 97% RH. Featuring Forbo’s Aquablock back layer embossing, Modul’up T.E. allows the subfloor to breathe and allows moisture to dissipate.

  • A palette of over 90 colours, from striking natural oak woods complete with realistic embossing, to elegant stone and concrete looks. Modul’up offers an exceptional range of designs.
  • Modul’up is capable of withstanding all wear and tear, it features “lay flat, stay flat” technology and enhanced indentation resistance. It is suitable for both renovation and new build projects in schools, offices, health care facilities, and well as in residential buildings.
  • A Double Structural Stabilisation System – DSx3 incorporates two layers of fibre glass fleece guaranteeing that the Modul’up sheets will not curl, ruck or roll when installed using the Modul’up tape system.
    The unique Modul’up tape system ensures that joins stay tightly in place and the tape is fitted under the joints between the sheets. Its non-slip surface of the underside ensures it stays in place without sticking to the sub-floor; while the adhesive side sticks to the vinyl ensuring it keeps securely in place. Als0 it is not necessary to perimeter tape the room or the door thresholds.
